Rates and Sessions
The initial assessment session will be a comprehensive 2-hour appointment. My rate standard rate is $220 for a 50-minute individual therapy appointment. A special rate may be available for eligible clients, including international students, individuals experiencing financial hardship, or those on temporary visa conditions.
Medicare Rebates
If you obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you may access up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. The rebate for a standard 60-minute session is $98.97, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of $121.03.
You must have the plan in place before your first session to be eligible. Once your appointment is processed, you'll receive it via bank transfer (usually within 24–48 hours).
Private Health Insurance, TAC and WorkSafe
If you're covered by private health insurance (Extras), you may be eligible for psychology rebates — please check directly with your fund. I also work with clients referred through TAC, WorkSafe, and some Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
Students on a subclass 500 visa with Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) may claim up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year when supported by a Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP. OSHC rebates often mirror Medicare rebates (~$98.97 per session).
